Brian Neff joined Ciresi & Morek in 2012 as an Executive Recruiter. Before becoming an Executive Recruiter, he began his career at Greenfield Solar Inc., a local start-up solar company in Cleveland, OH. While there, he was a project manager instrumental in planning the construction of the company’s next-generation photovoltaic system in Taiwan. Brian also designed and fabricated parts for fieldwork, photovoltaic cell productions and performance testing.
At Ciresi & Morek, Brian’s responsibilities will include creating and executing effective search strategies to identify qualified candidates. He will also be responsible for client and candidate management.
Brian is a graduate of St. Ignatius High School and Brown University, where he majored in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management. Brian played football at Brown and was part of the 2008 team that won the Ivy League Championship.
