Mark Morek is the Managing Partner and Founding Partner of Ciresi & Morek. Mark brings over 10 years of recruiting experience working with Fortune 500, Private Equity and both large and mid-cap companies. He specializes in Operations, Continuous Improvement Leaders and Supply Chain Professionals. Clients regularly enlist Mark to conduct multiple assignments and rely on his experience and guidance.
Clients have leveraged his expertise and market knowledge to analyze recruiting strategies, develop talent acquisition pipelines, and recruit seasoned experts. Throughout his career, more than 85 percent of his engagements have come from repeat or referral business.
Prior to helping create Ciresi & Morek, Mark was the Founder and Managing Director of Point Search Partners, an executive search firm that focused on experienced Military Academy graduates, Operations and Engineering Leaders for Private Equity Companies. Mark was also a Director at a boutique search firm where he worked on senior level searches with divisions of Berkshire Hathaway and other Fortune 500 clients.
Before managing executive searches, Mark was a Senior Officer in the military, recruiting top talent for the Army Officer Program. He began his career as an Aviation Officer and has accumulated almost 1,000 flight hours in a variety of rotary wing aircraft throughout his career. Mark is a graduate of West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and has a Master’s of Science in Human Resources.
