Robert Ciresi is CEO and Founding Partner of Ciresi & Morek, the integration of two successful search companies, Ciresi & Ciresi and Point Search Partners. During his 15 years in search, Robert has completed more than 500 assignments, a majority of which have focused on Human Resources, Operations, EHS & Accounting. Emerging entities, growth companies, and Fortune 1000 corporations have sought Robert to build the right leadership team for their specific situation, talent that meets both the challenges of a global economy and those inherent in corporate maturation.

Prior to Ciresi & Morek, Robert founded Ciresi & Ciresi, a premier national search firm dedicated to professional and executive talent acquisition. Robert had been a Managing Partner with The Carmon Group for 6 Years. After leaving Purdue University, he began his career as a recruiter for the largest search firm in Cleveland, OH. He currently resides in Broadview Heights, with his wife Patricia, daughter Cecilia and spends his time coaching rugby for his Alma Mater, Saint Ignatius High School.
