Scott Harcek joined Ciresi & Morek as a Partner in 2012, after spending 18 years in the Building Products Industry, where he held corporate, operational and engineering management roles. Scott uses his knowledge and experience to specialize in searches that include Operational Executive-Level Management, Plant Management, Product Development, Engineering, Quality and Lean/Continuous Improvement.
Early in Scott’s career he developed a niche for turning around struggling plants for building products companies, with each returning a healthy ROI. His career was fast tracked as he learned that finding and developing people was the key to his success. During his career, Scott has worked with and developed relationships throughout the building products Industry, which is the foundation to his success.
Prior to joining Ciresi & Morek, he owned Window World Cleveland, a multi-million dollar exterior products home improvement franchise. Scott has held the position of Vice President – Operations Window Products for a $400 million division of Associated Materials, a $1.1 billion manufacturer and distributor of exterior building material headquartered in Akron, OH. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.
