Commercial Strategy & Analytics Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in commercial, pricing, financial analysis, or business management within manufacturing
• Strong financial analysis, pricing, and profitability management experience
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Metals, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing experience
• Experience with contract management and long-term agreements
• Background partnering with sales, operations, and finance teams
• Budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis experience

Working cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and engineering, they will help achieve key business objectives by analyzing market trends, customer performance, and financial results to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will also build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting commercial initiatives that strengthen the organization’s competitive position.
