General Manager

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with P&L responsibility
• Proven success leading operations, sales, and engineering within a manufacturing environment

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s or other advanced degree
• Experience leading a $50M+ manufacturing business

The successful General Manager will provide executive leadership for all aspects of the business, driving profitable growth through operational excellence, commercial execution, and customer satisfaction. This leader will oversee Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain while partnering with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives, optimize business performance, and strengthen organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business performance with full accountability for P&L, growth, and operational results
• Direct Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to achieve business and customer objectives
• Drive commercial growth through strategic customer relationships and business development initiatives
• Champion operational excellence by improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration
• Execute strategic initiatives that strengthen profitability, manufacturing performance, and long-term business growth
