Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Preferred Requirements:

• CPA and/or MBA
• Experience in a SOX-compliant environment
• ERP proficiency

The successful Controller for our client will serve as the senior financial leader for the business, providing strategic guidance that drives operational performance, financial discipline, and long-term profitability. This leader will partner closely with executive and operational leadership to oversee financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and business analysis while developing a high-performing finance organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial leadership for all accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting activities across the business
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis that supports strategic planning, capital investments, operational improvements, and profit growth
• Safeguard the integrity of financial reporting by maintaining strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, cash flow, and key financial metrics while identifying risks and opportunities to improve business performance
• Build a high-performing finance organization by strengthening processes, developing talent, and enhancing reporting capabilities
