Director, Client Solutions

The Director of Client Solutions will drive strategic growth by developing executive client relationships and expanding CiresiMorek’s portfolio of talent solutions beyond traditional Executive Search. This role will partner with business leaders to solve workforce challenges, create customized talent strategies, and generate recurring revenue through long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and private equity markets.
• Expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new strategic accounts.
• Lead executive discovery meetings to understand workforce challenges and organizational goals.
• Develop and present customized talent solutions and commercial proposals.
• Partner with Managing Partners, Search Consultants, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful implementation and client success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams on talent acquisition and workforce strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in Executive Search, Professional Staffing, Workforce Solutions, or Talent Consulting.
• Proven success developing executive-level client relationships and selling consultative business solutions.
• Strong executive presence, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or private equity clients is preferred.

• Generate new strategic client partnerships and recurring revenue.
• Expand CiresiMorek’s service offerings within existing and new client accounts.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
• Strengthen CiresiMorek’s position as a trusted talent advisor while continuing to grow the Executive Search business.
• Contribute to the firm’s long-term growth strategy and organizational scalability.
