We are currently assisting our client, a leader in their industry, with a Director of Process Improvement near Houston, TX. Reporting to a Vice President of Operations, this position will oversee all process improvement related operations and strategies. They are responsible for driving operational efficiencies with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes to maximize efficiencies and achieve capacity requirements
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement for the most effective use of resources and drive improvement in product quality
- Engage with suppliers for development support when necessary
Requirements:
- 5+ years of operations experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Proven team leadership experience with an emphasis on developing and long-term strategy
Total Compensation:
- $180,000-$220,000
