Plant Manager

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with current P&L ownership

Ideal Profile:

• Proven Plant Manager or senior operations leader with P&L accountability in a high-mix, process-driven manufacturing environment
• Understanding of casting, melting, and/or metallurgical processes
• Strong track record driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in demanding production settings
• Hands-on leader with success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, and TOC to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and optimize flow

Responsibilities:

• Own P&L and drive plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Lead all site functions including operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality
• Execute daily production plans to meet throughput and customer commitments
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce cost
• Build and lead strong teams while ensuring EHS and quality compliance

Total Compensation:

• $250,000 – $325,000
• This role offers a competitive compesnation and relocation packages and final details will be discussed with qualified candidates
