Talent Manager

Job Overview: 
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join our executive search team. This role is ideal for a recruiter ready to step into a fast-paced, high-performance environment and contribute immediately to active searches, candidate pipelines, and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Source, engage, and qualify candidates for active searches
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines
• Conduct candidate outreach and recruiting conversations
• Partner with Search Consultants to execute searches from kickoff through placement
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and records in PCRecruiter
• Develop market intelligence on target companies, industries, and talent

What We’re Looking For: 

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required
• Executive search experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to source, engage, and manage candidates
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools

Ideal Background: 

• Experience in business, communications, sales, HR, or a related field 
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or executive search
