Vice President of Human Resources

CiresiMorek, an AWARD-WINNING SEARCH FIRM, is partnering with a global manufacturing leader to find an HR Executive based in Los Angeles, CA. This individual contributor role allows an experienced HR professional to collaborate with senior leadership, driving cultural transformation and business success. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing HR experience and working alongside General Managers on strategic initiatives. 

About the Role: 

You will work closely with General Managers at manufacturing plants to drive operational and cultural excellence, focusing on workforce management and employee engagement. As a strategic consultant, you will leverage your HR expertise to implement impactful strategies and collaborate with the CHRO and President. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with plant leadership on initiatives to improve business performance, employee engagement, and working relationships. 

• Leadership Development: Support succession planning and develop high-potential talent for organizational growth. 

• Workforce Planning: Develop strategies for attracting and retaining a skilled, diverse workforce. 

• Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to build a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement. 

• Compensation Strategy: Assess compensation programs to maintain competitiveness. 

• Collaboration & Communication: Partner with operational leadership on employee communications to support organizational goals. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience: 10+ years in senior HR roles with manufacturing experience.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 

• HR Expertise: Strong background in employee relations, labor relations, and workforce development in manufacturing. 

• Leadership Partner: Proven experience working with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives. 

• Communication: Effective communicator at all levels of the organization. 

Compensation:

• Salary: Starting at $200,000, plus bonus and performance-based incentives
