Miguel has over 25 years of experience in driving operational and supply chain excellence across HVAC, electronics, and Tier-1 automotive sectors in the U.S. and Mexico. Before joining Johnson Controls, Miguel was the VP of Operations at Lennox International. Miguel climbed the ladder, starting as a Materials Manager in 2008, spending over 17 years at Lennox.

Miguel received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from an internationally recognized institution, Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila (UadeC). Miguel is also skilled in a range of disciplines, notably Lean Engineering, SAP, and Operations, Supply Chain, and Materials Management.
