With over 20+ years of experience in human resource strategy and organizational growth, Kristi brings a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to talent acquisition. Before joining Dent Wizard, a subsidiary of Dealer Tire, Kristi served as a Talent Leader for several global organizations including Howmet Aerospace, CNH Industrial, Norsk Hydro, and Advanced RPO.

Kristi received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Management from St. Francis University in Pennsylvania.
