Juan is an accomplished operational leader with a demonstrated track record in labor optimization, continuous improvement, and effective cost reductions. He joins Mahle from Amazon, where he served as General Manager for their Amazon Robotic Fulfillment Center. Prior to his time with Amazon, Juan spent over a decade with ZF Group in a variety of functions, ultimately serving as Plant Manager at their Santa Rosa site.

Juan received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Carabobo in Venezuela before pursuing his MBA at Eastern Michigan University.

Mahle is a global partner to the automotive industry with over 150 manufacturing sites worldwide. The Dayton facility boasts a million square foot campus manufacturing HVAC and Powertrain Cooling Systems.
