Steve Holley has joined Decostar Industries, a division of Magna International, as General Manager following an executive search led by CiresiMorek.

Decostar Industries was seeking a proven leader who had experience negotiating within a demanding market. They required a candidate who was capable of stepping into the role and delivering immediate value. We were engaged for the search and completed it within 2 months.

Steve has 30 plus years of experience in driving operational, safety, and quality excellence across Tier-1 automotive sectors, Aerospace & Defense, in the U.S. and consumer products. Before joining Decostar Industries, Steve was the VP of Operations at Hyperion Solutions.

Steve completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering while attending the University of Dayton. On graduating, he began his career at Sachs Automotive. Starting as a Manufacturing Engineer and continuing a successful career to Plant Management, driving improvements at several sites with Forvia (fka Faurecia), Delphi, SSB and Novacel. He is most notable for the ability to develop autonomous teams that are empowered to excel.
