Carson joined CiresiMorek in February 2025 as the marketing coordinator. While attending Cleveland State University, Carson worked for the Cleveland Browns and The Superlative Group, focusing on lead generation and outreach to potential clients.
As the Marketing Coordinator, Carson manages all social media, maintains our brand recognition, and creates content for various platforms.
“Executive recruiting was something I never thought I’d get into. I always wanted to work in the marketing department of a professional sports team. After being here for only a couple of months, I’ve become addicted to coming to work every day. The executive recruiting environment is as fast-paced, if not more so, than working for a professional sports team. The amount of hard work that recruiters put in is unbelievable. Carson finished his bachelor’s degree in marketing at Cleveland State University in May of 2024. He also minored in professional sales while picking up multiple certifications during his time at CSU. He spends most of his time golfing, playing basketball, or painting. Golfing has become a time-consuming hobby over the last couple of years, mainly playing with his brother, Aden. When Carson isn’t working or doing any of his other hobbies, he spends time with his family and girlfriend, Rebecca.
