DJ was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois but now calls Northeast Ohio home. Prior to joining CiresiMorek in 2021, he was accepted into the Enterprise Management Trainee program where he managed operations at the 3rd largest U.S. airport.

As Finance & Systems Manager, DJ leverages his background in operations and finance to support the firm’s internal systems, financial processes, and business operations by bringing the same attention to detail and problem-solving mindset that made him a trusted partner in Executive Search.

DJ’s analytical approach and deep understanding of operational needs have made him an invaluable resource for streamlining processes and driving efficiency.

DJ earned his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Case Western Reserve University. He was a four-year letter winner for the Spartans on the football field and played one year of Arena Football after graduating. Since then, he has traded in his helmet and pads for a set of golf clubs.

When he isn’t with his beautiful family you can usually find him out on the golf course.
