Eileen Fullenkamp was the first employee to join Ciresi Morek in 2011.  She came aboard as their Director of Business Administration and was instrumental in the initial set up of the company.  She brings more than 25 years of experience in the search industry where she has held numerous leadership roles.

As a part of Ciresi Morek’s leadership team, Eileen is responsible for financial reporting, human resources, as well as community outreach for the company.

“What I enjoy the most about my position at Ciresi Morek is the ability to experience the complete cycle of a placement.  I have the opportunity to touch a placement from the inception of the client’s contract all the way through to the candidate’s final acceptance.  Not only do I get to see a completed placement I also get to be a part of all the small steps along the way.”

As one of the initial employees, Eileen has had the opportunity to watch the company grow exponentially.  As part of the leadership team she has played a crucial role in building the culture and processes that have lead to being named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms, ranking on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S, as well as placing on the Weatherhead 100 as one of the fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio.

Eileen is a University of Dayton alumna. When not organizing everyone and everything at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown sons, and their growing families.
