Gina joined Ciresi Morek as an Executive Recruiter in 2021. Prior to joining the team, Gina was a high school business teacher. Her experience instructing students in business concepts and principles has served her well when assessing candidates to fulfill our client’s diverse business needs. Gina’s teaching experience results in a process-orientated, well-planned approach to sourcing and assessing candidates that provides a tremendous value to our clients.
As an Executive Recruiter, Gina helps people find their value. She has placed many HR professionals in roles ranging from Generalists to Human Resource Managers to Directors of Human Resources, Quality Managers, and Plant Managers. Finding creative ways to solve problems, Gina works closely with our clients to find candidates that will excel at the roles and thrive within the culture.

Gina graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education. She is passionate about reading to stay updated on the latest digital trends and innovations. When not working or expanding her digital knowledge, Gina dedicates her time to raising four daughters with her husband John in Hinckley, Ohio.
