“I am ecstatic to be able to leverage my collective executive search experience to be an asset to my clients to find world-class talent. When I initially started my recruiting career, I remember my nervousness consulting for clients and candidates and being in a new industry where my knowledge was limited to my own job search efforts. Experience and success have grown my confidence and I’m driven to have meaningful conversations with high-level talent to help connect them with leading organizations. More importantly, I love knowing that I can be an asset to our clients by finding talent which will positively improve areas like productivity, cost reduction, and expansion of their businesses. With candidates, I like being able to help them better market themselves and unlock their potential to be solid executive leaders in their field.”
