Zak grew up in Navarre, Ohio, and moved to Cleveland Heights to attend John Carroll University. At JCU, Zak studied Human Resource Management and Spanish, earning his SHRM-CP as well as a Seal of Biliteracy in the Spanish language. Within HR, Zak took an interest in talent flow and the overall employee lifecycle. Zak joined the CiresiMorek team in 2025 and is excited to share his Human Resources passion in this opportunity, and learn in-depth the ins and outs of executive search.
