Director of Quality

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s degree
• Demonstrated success implementing strategic quality initiatives across complex manufacturing operations

The successful Director of Quality will provide strategic leadership for the organization’s quality systems, driving operational excellence through the development of world-class quality processes and a culture of continuous improvement. This leader will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and executive leadership to enhance product quality, improve manufacturing performance, and strengthen compliance across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise quality strategy and oversee the development of robust quality systems that support operational excellence
• Drive quality transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs while using data-driven insights to improve performance and accountability
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry quality standards across manufacturing operations
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to improve product quality, reduce risk, and strengthen operational performance
