Plant Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven success leading plant operations and driving operational performance

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior Plant Manager experience
• Experience working within a global manufacturer

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring the facility achieves its safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial objectives. This leader will be responsible for translating business strategy into operational execution by driving continuous improvement, strengthening manufacturing capabilities, optimizing plant performance, and building a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Establish operational priorities that improve plant performance across safety, quality, productivity, customer service, and financial results
• Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives that improve equipment reliability, reduce manufacturing costs, and increase operational efficiency
• Guide capital investment planning, facility improvements, and process enhancements that support future growth and capacity requirements
• Strengthen partnerships across Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Human Resources to ensure seamless execution of business objectives
• Build organizational capability through leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement
