Vice President of Human Resources

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
• Proven experience developing and executing enterprise HR strategies aligned with business and financial objectives

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Global or international Human Resources leadership experience

The successful candidate will serve as the senior Human Resources leader responsible for building and executing an integrated people strategy that supports business performance, organizational growth, and long-term success. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will advise senior leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and change while providing leadership across the broader HR function.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise Human Resources strategy, translating business priorities into talent, workforce, organizational, and leadership initiatives
• Strengthen organizational capability through succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, and targeted employee development programs
• Shape compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies that balance market competitiveness, internal equity, employee retention, and financial objectives
• Build a connected HR organization by establishing consistent practices, developing HR leadership, and balancing enterprise standards with local business requirements
• Advise executive leadership through organizational change, workforce decisions, employee relations matters, regulatory requirements, and significant business transformations
• Advance HR infrastructure through improved systems, analytics, policies, processes, and workforce insights that enable stronger business decisions and organizational performance
