Regional Distribution Manager

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of progressive distribution and warehousing leadership
• Proven record of meeting customer commitments and leading teams

Preferred Requirements:

• Multi-site or regional warehouse management experience
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement leadership experience

The successful Regional Distribution Manager will be responsible for the performance, efficiency, and consistency of warehouse and distribution operations across the region. This leader will set the operating standard for sites, making sure inventory, shipping, and receiving are aligned with customer service levels and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Own regional warehouse and distribution performance, with a focus on service levels, cost control, and operational execution.
• Drive process improvements and standardize best practices across sites to improve accuracy, throughput, and efficiency
• Manage operations against SLAs, track performance metrics, and quickly correct gaps that affect customers.
• Maintain organized, accurate materials and load manifests, ensuring items to be returned are accounted for and restocked accurately
• Use strong business acumen to turn operational and financial data into clear priorities that reduce costs and support growth
• Build a results-oriented culture centered on safety, accuracy, on-time delivery, and accountability
