With over 15 years of experience in the search industry, Jerry is a proficient search professional with an innate ability to build long lasting client partnerships. He currently serves as a Principal at CiresiMorek after having joined the firm in July of 2024.

In his role, Jerry focuses on building new customer relationships through an in depth comprehension of the market and developing a deep understanding of the talent needs for an organization.

Before joining CiresiMorek, he spent 13 years as a Director with an executive search firm in addition to several years as a Director of Talent Acquisition for a global electronics manufacturer in Cleveland, OH. In his time in executive search, Jerry has played in a part in over 1000 placements at the executive/management level in the manufacturing and supply chain space.

Outside of work, Jerry is a proud husband and dad of two.  He also enjoys working on Model T’s.
