Operations Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with ERP and business intelligence systems
• Strong understanding of integrated supply chain management, demand planning, forecasting, and procurement

The successful Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations while driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. This leader will partner closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production performance, strengthen operational processes, and develop a high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient production while meeting customer quality, delivery, and financial objectives
• Develop and execute operational plans that improve productivity, reduce costs, minimize scrap, and optimize manufacturing performance
• Build, develop, and lead manufacturing teams through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development
• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to improve production flow, inventory management, forecasting, and overall operational effectiveness
• Establish and monitor production standards, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen competitiveness and profitability
