Sales Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical sales, business development, or account management with major Aerospace customers

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience supporting aerospace manufacturing industries
• Strong contract management capabilities and financial acumen
• Ability to travel 50%–70%, including occasional international travel

The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic customer relationships, and managing complex commercial agreements across a defined region. This leadership role will serve as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal operations, ensuring customer requirements are translated into profitable business opportunities while supporting long-term growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that increase revenue, profitability, and market share while achieving established booking targets
• Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships, serving as the primary commercial leader for key accounts and long-term business opportunities
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure profitable agreements while supporting strategic growth initiatives
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer commitments are successfully executed
• Monitor commercial performance through forecasting, contract analysis, and KPI management while developing action plans to address risks and opportunities
